We're resisting the urge to burst into Xtina's 'Beautiful'
Looking at *that* photoshoot, *that* performance and *that* Wrecking Ball video (phew), it’s hard to believe that Miley Cyrus doesn’t believe herself to be typically beautiful. Naturally, we disagree, especially if her latest smokin’ hawt photos for Cosmopolitan are anything to go by. Nope, we can’t stop being properly jealous either.
Miley’s opened up to Cosmopolitan UK, as the covergirl of the December issue, on everything from feminism and girl power to when she feels sexiest - and her comments might just surprise you. Still, we’re pretty confident we haven’t seen the last of her bangerz just yet.
“I’m a feminist in the way that I’m really empowering to women… I’m loud and funny and not typically beautiful,” she explained.
“When do I feel at my sexiest? After I’ve eaten something really healthy and done Pilates, and I’m wearing tight leggings. When I’m in gym clothes I actually feel sexy and healthy, so sometimes I’ll stay in them all day!”
Despite what people may say, Miles isn’t always the foam-finger rubbing, hammer-licking party animal we’ve all envisioned, either.
Setting the record straight about her hyped-up social butterfly tendencies, she went on to add: “I’m a homebody and actually not as hyper or as sociable as I seem. I have a small group of five close friends who all pretty much work for me; everyone else is just an acquaintance.”
That’s our dreams of a ‘we can’t stop’-esque house party over with them. Probably for the best. At least we can feel less lame about all those nights-in now though.
What do you make of Miley’s confessions? Are you feeling the girl power or are you too busy being well jel of her latest snaps?
