Who else could win this apart from Reese Witherspoon and Jake Gyllenhaal?!

After shock revelations that Reese and Ryan Phillippe were splitting up last year, it seemed unlikely that Reese would find love easily - particularly as a busy career mum (she and Ryan have two kids, Ava who's 8 and Deacon, 3).

But while working on thriller Rendition with Jake, the two just hit it off, and what began as a bit of flirtation slowly developed into a full blow romance.

In September the pair were seen huddling up in car together and the covert video was published on  YouTube, but by October there was no point in hiding their relationship and the couple went trick and treating with Reese’s kids (Jake even dressed as a gorilla!).

According to People Magazine, Reese and Jake are both family people and prefer a nice restaurant or a lazy night in to a crazy club night out. It’s clear that neither of their exes wanted this lifestyle: Kiki Dunst loves her rock gigs while Ryan is forever being snapped stumbling out of nightclubs now he’s single.

Although neither of them has been vocal about their feelings, Reese’s cute one liner said it all: "I have known Jake for years through different friends and he is just wonderful."
