Jamie Lynn Spears will give birth to a baby girl later today, say reports.

According to the National Enquirer, Jamie Lynn has scheduled a caesarean section with doctors because the baby is apparently in the breach position.

Big sister Britney sparked rumours that the baby was due by flying home to Kentwood, Louisiana earlier this week.
