How low can you go Rumer? No we don't mean in a game of limbo... we mean that excuse for a dress that you are wearing!

Rumer was spotted at a Power of Paws launch party, it's a new initiative that educates people about the mutual health benefits that both pets and pet parents enjoy, and motivates them to spend time together and connect.

We don't know about you but we don't think Rumer's puppies should be making a guest appearance at the event if you get what we mean!
