We heard the new SATC could be set in London, but we never dreamed that Vivienne Westwood would decide the fate of the fabulous four!

Vivienne Westwood is reportedly so obsessed with Sex And The City: The Movie that she's called SJP and written to the producers begging them to use her plot idea for the upcoming sequel.

In the film, Carrie wore a Vivienne Westwood wedding dress in her Vogue shoot and generous Viv sent it to her as a gift.  Since then, the 67-year old designer has had SATC on the brain and reckons she could do a much better job with the sequel!

Viv certainly doesn't hold back with her criticism of the show's writers and celebrity stylist Patricia Field (perhaps she wants to produce the whole movie herself).

She said: "I thought Sex And The City was supposed to be about cutting-edge fashion and there was nothing remotely memorable or interesting about what I saw.  I went to the premiere and left after ten minutes."
