Who do you think wears this Akiko Ogawa designer dress best?

The battle is between Heroes hottie Hayden Panettiere and High School Musical hottie Ashley Simpson they both stepped out in the same dress, thankfully not on the same night!

Hayden wore hers at the Green Inaugural Ball in Washington D.C. The 19-year-old kept her make-up and hair simple and wore pretty diamond studs.

Ashley Tisdale wore her dress on the 2009 Kids’ Choice Awards in L.A. The 23-year-old had dark smoky eyes, her tousled hair down and wore a chunky cuff, many rings, a black clutch and black peep toe boots.
