Rachel Bilson's fashion credentials have just soared with her new magazine job, but don't worry, she's not quitting acting anytime soon!

Rachel has gone all Carrie Bradshaw and has been hired by InStyle magazine as their new fashion columnist.

The gorgeous O.C star has worn some of the world's most beautiful red carpet dresses and launched her first clothes line Edie Rose for DKNY Jeans last year, so she's more than qualified for the position.

Rachel's first column will feature in InStyle's May issue and she spills style secrets such as how to wear scarves in warm weather, how to pair an oversize bag with a cocktail dress and how to find the perfect flats.

Rachel is thrilled to get more involved in fashion and said: “I can talk about fashion all day long, and I am an avid InStyle reader so the relationship seemed perfect!  This column is the best homework assignment ever!”
