Kelly Osbourne unveiled a new shimmery blonde crop at the Teen Vogue Young Hollywood party, but does it suit her as much as her raven black locks?

Kelly Osbourne and boyfriend Luke Worrall love their 'his and hers' matching hair colours and this time we reckon Kelly's hit on a great 'do!

The cut is flattering, its irridescent shade suits her skin tone and makes her look glowing and gorgeous. With those smokey eyes and the chic LBD, Kelly is a red carpet knock-out!

But, we're also loving Ms Osbourne's elfin black haircut with a swept-across fringe.  Kelly always looks her best in a cool black tuxedo jacket and her dark hair adds to her dramatic look.
