She's the new (mean) girl in town...
...on MTV reality show The City, and it seems that PR girl Roxy Olin is set to stir things up!
She moved in with Whitney in New York and promptly threw a house party that was shut down by the police, she works with Whitney too (at People's Revolution) and has already has a run in with boss Kelly Cutrone!
We see a definite pattern emerging - this girl could be trouble!
