Who watched Cheryl Cole on Children In Need Rocks The Royal Albert Hall last night? We were in awe when we heard she'd be performing Set The Fire To The Third Bar with Snow Patrol. What a different musical direction for her!

But when she strutted out on stage in a long white gown, it wasn't her voice we were paying attention to. Known for having the hair of the noughties, her usual vivaciously voluminous mane was scraped back into an up-'do. Watch the performance, you'll see we mean:

We don't know what we like the least. Is it the tight scrape that we imagine must have given her a raging headache, or the HUGE ponytail extension carelessly attached to the back of her head?
