The Hills star wants to get her breast implants removed...


When we first saw the results of Heidi Montag’s ten extreme cosmetic procedures we were shocked. The Hills star had gone from being a cute, petite, fresh faced blonde to a swollen, frozen faced mess with boobs that looked cartoonish.

And now finally Heidi seems to have seen the light and has admitted that her massive G cup breasts are making her life a misery and that she’s looking to downsize.

She told US magazine Life and Style: “I’m desperate to go back to normal. I’m downgrading and going a little smaller, maybe to a D or double D.”

She revealed to the mag that her huge fake boobs get in the way of her living her everyday life and mean that she has to wear custom made clothes, can’t hug her dogs or exercise.

“I'm obsessed with fitness but it’s impossible to work out with these boobs. It’s heartbreaking. I can’t live an everyday life.”

Heidi also confessed that her small frame has still not gotten used to the dramatic overhaul and that she is still in a lot of pain even eight months on.

“I have major anxiety about it. I was taking painkillers but they weren’t working so I stopped. It hurt.”

Heidi, who says she feels trapped on her body, is now faced with the challenge of finding a doctor capable of undoing the work after her surgeon, Dr. Frank Ryan, was killed in car accident last week.

“I feel trapped in my own body, there's just no fixing it. Dr. Ryan knows the work he did, he knows everything.”

After telling her mortified mum that it was the pressure of living in Hollywood that had driven her to get the extensive work done, Heidi now says that she is ready to move away from the phoniness of the Hollywood Hills and settle in Costa Rica.

“I just really want to get out of Hollywood. I don't have anything back home: no family, no friends.”

We think that moving away from LA would be the best thing for Heidi. She clearly needs to be around people that can love her for who she really is who don’t make her feel like her body is inadequate.

Here’s to hoping that she is able to find a surgeon that can safely reduce her boobs to the size she wants them.
