• Step 1: Wash and dry the hair as normal. Next take the top, front section of the hair and backcomb it until it stands up on it's own. Use a small comb to do this.
• Step 2: Pull and smooth back the hair into a ponytail, making sure you keep the front, backcombed section looking volumised and big, smoothing the hair over it. Tie the hair neatly to the middle of the back of your head and smooth down any strays or pieces of hair that aren't long enough to reach and hold in place with hair pins, try to make them as invisible as possible.
