Turn heads this party season with a touch of French 50's glamour!

Recreate 1950's glamour in the style of  French film starlet, Brigitte Bardot. The look was styled on Holly Willoughby (yes that's really her!) by hairdresser-to-the-stars Jonathan Long. Here he tells us how to achieve the perfect Bardot bounce:

1)  For the best Brigitte look, blow-dry your hair upside down using Schwarzkopf  Gliss Volumising Mousse and a flat paddle brush to create as much volume at the root as possible, while smoothing the cuticle, until the hair is fully dry

2  Take rough sections of hair and spritz with volumising hair spray and then wrap each section in a spiral from the root to the tip around a curling wand

3)  Spray each section with volumising hair spray as you go to hold the curl

4)  After curling the last section, hold your head upside down and loosely shake the curls free and backcomb at the crown to create the volume needed 

5)  Finish with shine spray or serum to smooth and then create the desired shape over the shoulder

 Et voila! It's the perfect sex kitten look!
