The 1D boys faces on a fifty foot screen? Yes. Please.
In news that will send thousands of running into the streets screaming in excitement, One Direction announced plans to star in a 3D feature length film on The Today Show today.
Ye and Gods.
Yup, the boys appeared on the show to perform six tracks for HUGE crowds of fans in New York City (some started queuing five days ago, sheesh) and made the big announcement just before launching into a rendition of Live While We're Young.
"So we are going to do our first ever movie," said Niall - who was struggling to be heard among all the screaming.
"It's going to be in 3D, and it's coming to a cinema near you on the 30th August 2013."
We'll pause here so you can do that whole 'running into the streets weeping tears of joy' thing before we continue.
Done? OK. The film is likely to follow in the footsteps of Justin Bieber and Katy Perry's behind-the-scenes type offerings, and will undoubtedly include exclusive footage, interviews - and more insight into the boys lives than ever before.
In fact, lord only knows what we'll see. Liam turning rebel by not washing his hands before dinner, perhaps? Harry deciding to embark on a year of celibacy? Zayn shaving off Niall's quiff as he sleeps in a fit of jealousy? WHO BLADDY KNOWS.
Either way, it's going to be fricking epic. Are you excited?
