On Kate Moss' visit to Istanbul, the locals got a little more than they bargained for....

Kate is well known for her exhibitionist outfits and head turning fashion statements, but on a rare visit out with her daughter Lila Grace, 5, Kate went for her most risqué look yet, revealing a clearly bra-less chest.

The sheer, polka dot maxi dress left little to the imagination and it also appeared that Kate was completely without any underwear at all.

However, this outing wasn't to one of her usual West End hang outs, where elaborate dress is expected, Kate rocked up to the opening of the exhibition of photographs by late fashion photographer Mert Alas & Marcus Piggott, in the Turkish and predominantly Muslim city of Istanbul dressed in this outrageous number.

Luckily for Kate the Turkish culture is modern, so European dress isn't that unusual, but we don't think this see through number was quite what they were expecting.

Come on Kate, put it away love!
