We couldn't believe our eyes when we saw actress Jessica Tovey a.k.a. Belle in Home & Away - we reckon she must be the Australian twin of Mischa Barton?!
Don't you think they could be twins?! They have the same oval shaped face, pouty lips, almond shaped eyes and high cheek bones, as well as luscious long locks!
