Every January, you make so many New Year’s resolutions that you forget what exactly you’re allowed to do and end up breaking all of them.  This year, why not focus on a few achievable changes to your lifestyle and try sticking to them for as long as possible.  If you don’t overcomplicate things, you might be pleasantly surprised by your willpower!  If you’re lacking energy, why not promise to exercise 3 times a week and replace fast food with some healthy snacks. If you’ve stuck to it by the end of January, treat yourself to a new dress or pair of trainers – you deserve it!

GEMINI
