Sugar's Stand Up Speak Out Campaign aims to tackle bullying at every level: the bullies, the bullied and those who stand by and do nothing.

Together with ChildLine, we're encouraging you to Stand Up and Speak Out against any forms of bullying and intimidation - physical, mental and emotional.
To support our campaign, we're asking everyone to sign our Stand Up Speak Out Manifesto by commenting below
- I, the undersigned, support the Sugar/ChildLine Stand Up Speak Out campaign.
- I understand that NO-ONE - at school, at home or anywhere else - has the right to abuse, intimidate or bully me.
- If I am being bullied or intimidated, I will try to keep a diary of when, where and what is happening and report the bully to the teacher or other responsible adult.
- If a friend is bullying someone, I will try to talk to them, and if necessary report it.
- If I see any bullying, I will not ignore it, but tell someone about it.
- I support the idea of EVERY school having a professional counselling service, which can listen to and advise me in complete confidence.
- Acknowledge abuse can also happen online and by text and to promise to oppose and report it in all instances.
- If I need to talk to someone about bullying I will contact ChildLine, by calling 0800-1111 or clicking on www.childline.org.uk

I was bullied for practically the whole of year 6 just because I had excma and they saw me scratch my nose. I was called bogey and scabby for ages until mum saw me crying at home. She told the teacher and sat down with the whole class and said that anyone caught bullying would be suspended. The bullying died down after that then when we all went to seconday school the stopped. The bullys seemed to have grown up.

I was bullied very badly from the age of five for 9 years and it caused so many problems and issues for me. I'm still trying to overcome most of the issues it gave me. Bullying is a terrible thing, most people would be shocked at how much it can affect people.

I've never been bullied but I've seen one girl in my year routinely bitch about everybody - even her own mates. Nobody trusts her and whenever she tells people things it's spread round, and I'm pretty sure that that wasn't worth her petty enjoyment from being horrible.
