Everyone's favourite little wizard is now officially a property TYCOON.

Actually, not officially.  Or actually at all probably.  But he has just bought himself a flippin' amazing new house in New York.  Sorry we said flippin'.  We won't do it again.  Check it out:

Pretty sweet digs, eh? (which in case you don't speak 'Hippy', means, 'Scrumptious house, does one agree?'). And what we particularly like about it is the history.  It was built by a sea captain for his daughter.  A SEA CAPTAIN.  We think this calls for a resurgence of words like 'swashbuckling'.  We're not sure what it means, but it fits seamlessly into any sentence.  Eg, 'I was off visiting my Granny and we enjoyed some swashbuckling'.  Go.  Spread the word.  Then come back and tell us how you persuaded people not to lock you up.

What do you think?  Nice house?  Horrid?  It almost looks... magical to us.
