New US show Pretty Little Liars is Desperate Housewives for teens. And as you'd expect, it's pure TV amazingness!
If you've read the Pretty Little Liars books by Sara Shepherd, you'll already be a fan of the clique but now they've turned it into a hit TV-show.
As you'd expect from a US teen show it's got all the 'aren't we beautiful' gloss of Gossip Girl with the old dead friend speaking from beyond the grave plot device of Desperate Housewives.
The series follows the lives of four girls — Spencer, Hanna, Aria, and Emily — whose group falls apart after the disappearance of their queen bee, Alison. One year later, they begin receiving messages from someone using the name "A" who threatens to expose their secrets — including long-hidden ones they thought only Alison knew.

Looks pretty epic doesn't it?
Who is "A"?
And that teacher is HOTTTT.
It's not been picked up by a UK channel yet but we reckon this has E4 written all over it.
So come on UK telly bods, don't leave us WAY behind, get PLL on our tellybox pronto.
