Poor old Lindsay Lohan's had a tough year and now it looks like she won't even be able to climb back on the acting horse even after staying on the wagon. See what we did there?! Horse and wagon? No?
If you cast your minds back to March you'll probably remember three things:
1: STILL being freezing cold.
2: Wondering if you were the only person in the world that didn't really rate Alice In Wonderland.
3: Guffawing until your sides hurt at the pictures and videos of Lindsay Lohan falling over THREE times whilst a bit squiffy.
We all know what happened after that: arrests, jail, more drinking, rehab, more drinking, more falling over, rehab, jail, rehab. Not necessarily in that order. Now into her millionth attempt at rehab she seems to be making good progress and things were looking mildly positive for our favourite Mean Girl. She's been lined up to play adult movie star Linda Lovelace in a biopic of her life for eons and the director Matthew Wilder has stuck with her despite having to put filming back...and back...and back to cover all her jail time. BUT...
Apparently director Wilder has just pulled out and fired Lindsay. According to sources he says she's completely uninsurable and basically isn't around to film and they have to get started. After breaking her parole again a month or so ago she's got to be in rehab until at least Jan and that's just too late for the formerly patient director.
Rumoured to be replacing her is Malin Akerman - she of Watchmen fame. If you haven't seen it, don't worry about it. Here's a handy snap below:
Pretty, eh? We hope Lindsay gets better soon AND that she finds some work once she's all sober - cos otherwise, what's she going to do? She was AWESOME in Mean Girls. So fresh-faced and happy. Look at this snap from 2006 on the promotional tour. Makes us all a bit sad...
Oooh, someone just bought cupcakes into the office. RESULT.
Do you think Linds deserves a fourth chance at sorting herself out? Do you think she'll find some acting work? Do you think she was a good actress? Do you not care?
