Hazza hasn't got the hump. Phew!
The Twittersphere is always rife with rumours about One Direction and although a lot of them don't have even an ounce of truth, sometimes there seem to be one or two that end up being real. Luckily, every once in a while, the guiding light of Harry Styles' mum, the lovely Anne Cox, appears to sort out fact from fiction.
As far as we are aware, Harry always seems like a very cheery guy, but with yet another Twitter rumour going around saying that he was feeling a bit down in the dumps, a lot of Directioners were fretting about what on earth was going on.
The rumours apparently started after Hazza's former classmate, Will Sweeney, was interviewed by The People, saying that the long-locked singer has been facing a lot of stick from people in his home town of Holmes Chapel since shooting to fame with One Direction.
"People call him a d**khead and refer to him as a t**t," Will said. "It's so sad. A lot of these people used to be his friends but now they hate him."
"It really upsets Harry because he's a sensitive guy."
With lots of speculation here, there and within the confines of 140 characters, Harry's mum stepped in to clear up what was being said.
Tweeting back a concerned fan who'd asked if he was depressed, Anne said: "Harry is fine, please don't fret :)"
Oh Anne we do love your seamless ability to put our worries to rest. If you're in the market for any extras in the Cox household, the whole office would quite like to nominate themselves for adoption..
Anyway, what do you think of all this? Comments below please!
