This mesmerizing guitarist is sure to be a big star soon...

You heard it here first: ortoPilot is going places. This indie band, headed by Matt Hutchison, has just released an album, High's and Goodbye's, and we're absolutely addicted to their funky jam band sound, which sounds a bit like Jack Johnson and relies on lots of acoustic guitar.

Matt, a singer songwriter from Manchester has been performing under the name ortoPilot since 2002 and is accompanied by his brother and three friends, who help round out the band. ortoPilot is getting some local radio play already, and though they’re not signed to a label, their CD is available on their website and on iTunes.
