Ed is starring in the new Donnie Darko sequel, but will it be as good as Gossip Girl?

S.Darko is set in 1995 and this time it's Donnie's younger sister Samantha Darko (Daveigh Chase) who's having those apocalyptic visions. 

Troubled Samantha hits the road with her friend Corey (Briana Evigan) on a trip to Hollywood to make it big in Hollywood, but their car breaks down near a small desert town.

When a meteorite crashes nearby, Samantha has visions of the world ending, and it seems like their crash was part of a bigger plan.  But will Samantha save herself or the world?

Ed Westwick plays Samantha's friend Randy alongside Twilight star Jackson Rathbone and there's even a macho fist-fight between the two lads!  We reckon Ed will be the true star of S.Darko, as no one does dark and brooding better than him.
