Talk about your simple wins and be in with the chance to meet the Jonas Brothers!
Nick Jonas, who famously has diabetes wants to raise awareness as well as act as guidance for other teenage sufferers, showing them how to deal with the condition.

He's been doing a lot of work in the US and has now teamed up with Bayer Diabetes Care to help teens in the UK also. If we didn't already fancy him enough, we do a whole lot more now! We think the work he is doing for those with diabetes is incredible.
Bayer and Nick are encouraging teens with diabetes to reach their goals of 'simple wins'. These are everyday victories that have helped to manage the condition, and while they may be small things, they build up to make a big difference over time.
Now Nick wants to hear what your "simple wins" are, and be in with the chance to have a HUGE win: free tickets to see the Jonas Brothers in concert as well as backstage passes to meet the band! Runners-up get free signed Nick Jonas goodies, too!
“With this contest, I hope people are inspired by others’ entries, as well as encouraged to submit and share their own, but most of all, I hope that everyone has fun with it,” said Nick. “Diabetes can be hard to live with, but when you manage it well, you can still do the things you love most in the world.”
This competition ends November 2 so if you have diabetes, get creative and express your simple wins to www.NicksSimpleWins.co.uk
You can also read the website to find out more about Nick's experiences with the condition or visit the Bayers Diabetes Care website to learn more about managing it.
Will you be telling Nick about your simple wins? Comments please...
