Forget St Patrick's Day, yesterday was St Pattinson's Day as R-Patz arrived in London for a homecoming he won't forget for a while.

Rob joined co-star Emilie De Raven for the London premiere of new flick Remember Me last night where he a received a raptuous reception from thousands of adoring fans.

Jealous, Emilie? Us?

Looking slightly stunned by the cheers and tears of the mass of teenage girls out to greet him, Rob spent over an hour working the crowd, signing pictures and taking photograps with fans.

And it seems the novelty of screaming girls still hasn't worn off.

Rob said: "I never go to places where crowds congregate, so it's always a novelty. It's a completely separate aspect of my life. It's nice."

Dedicated Twihards spent up to 32 hours camping out to ensure a close up encounter with the actor. But we can confirm the wait was worth it; R-Patz did not disappoint in real life. In fact, close up Sugarscape thought Rob was even fitter than in his films! If that's even possible...
