Oh dear, Odair.
We're scarily excited for the release of The Hunger Games: Catching Fire for more reasons than you could ever imagine. And one of the reasons at the very top of our list is that we can't frickin' wait to see Sam Clafin being really fit and stuff as Finnick Odair. But it seems Sammy's been working so hard he's only gone and injured himself on the bloody movie set.
Yup, apparently Sam broke his hand whilst practicing a stunt for the movie...and it sounds NASTY. Agh.
Chatting to E! News, Sam's co-star Alan Ritchson - who plays Gloss - revealed: "Sam got hurt the worst. He broke his hand doing a stunt. It was a rehearsal, so we weren't even shooting. He broke it on the stunt guy, warming up. I was standing right next to him." Wah, we're wincing just reading about it. Yeah, we know, we're well 'ard.
Alan added that that it was "tough to watch" poor Sammy injure himself, but he took it all "like a champ". Ugh, so macsuline and perfect and poorly. Reckon he needs it rubbing and/or kissing better? Oh HEY, Sammy Boy. We're over here.
This all obviously comes after the brand spanking new UHMAZING Catching Fire teaser trailer was premiered at the MTV Movie Awards 2013 earlier this week, which made us do a little yelp of joy and want November to hurry. the frick. up.
What do you reckon? Think Sam could do with some nursing? Willing to offer him a hand? Comments please.
