We caught up with one of the UK's best surfers for an exclusive lesson on how to look like a pro on your board this summer...

It's not everyday that we trek to Cornwall, in the freezing cold, spend hours in the sea and endure frozen fingers and mouthfulls of salt water...but what wouldn't we do for you guys!

Sam Lamiroy

We met up with Sam Lamiroy, one of the best surfers in Britain, to learn how to surf so we could teach you guys just in time for the summer holidays!

Sam is a member of the Swatch Pro Team and has been surfing since he was 11 years old, we couldn't think of anyone better to teach you guys!

Surfing is one of the coolest sports on the planet. Not only is the surfer babe look a must for summer, it's great for toning, meeting loads of cool people (think surfer lads...drool) and chilling out on the beach between waves... what's not to love!

We went to Perranporth in Cornwall which was great for learning to surf. There are plenty of hire shops where you can rent beginner surf boards and wetsuits at a bargain price and the beach is big enough for every surfer to have their own space.
