Scarlett set to release debut single...
We thought that stunning starlet Scarlett Johansson had achieved it all. But it seems the Hollywood actress is adding yet another string to her bow, with the release of her debut single Falling Down on May 5.
The Lost in Translation star worked with famous music man Dave Sitek, who topped the chart on NME’s Future 50 list. Her 11 track album, Anywhere I Lay My Head is set to hit the US shelves on May 20. However we wonder if they will be flying off the CD racks as fast as her movie tickets sell out at the box office?
We had a quick sneaky peak and think this album might not be everyone’s cup of tea. With Charlotte’s whispery grownup vocals - covering ten Tom Waits cover tracks and only one original song - we felt a wee bit sleepy after we grabbed ourselves an earful of her musical delights.
See what you think! Check it out here.
