After Amy Winehouse's father Mitch Winehouse was left feeling let-down by the Grammy Awards lack of tribute to Amy Winehouse, the BRIT Award organisers have apparently stepped up to create two tributes for tomorrow's ceremony; one to Amy Winehouse and one to Whitney Houston.
"Whitney and Amy are two of the biggest female stars in the history of music," a BRITs insider told the Metro.
"Both have made their mark on stage at the Brits in the past.
"Something would feel missing if both their legacies weren’t remembered at the show."
Amy performed Rehab at the BRITs in 2007, when she won the award for Best Female, and Whitney sang It's Not Right But It's OK in 1999.
The ceremony will be live on ITV1 tomorrow from 8pm.
