We'd quite happily sell off our siblings for a chance to stand in the same cloud of glitter as Florence Welch so are pretty excited to hear that the lovely folk over at Bestival have rounded up the dazzling Florence And The Machine to headline the Friday night of the Isle of Wight based festival.

Florence and The Machine to healine 2012 Bestival

If her ethereal presence isn't quite enough to get you and your wellies out the front door, she'll be joining what's already a pretty cracking lineup with acts including Friendly Fires, Annie Mac, Emeli Sande, Michael Kiwanuka, The XX, Delilah, Skepta, Two Door Cinema Club and Nero taking to the stage over the festival weekend.

It doesn't end there either, and the whole festival is set to be full of magic and mayhem with all sorts of things to keep you occupied in between acts. We've already got our eye on the roller disco, but quite like the sound of the Swamp Shack and Wall of Death too.

To celebrate this momentous occasion and being typically Florence about the whole thing, she decided to put on a bear costume and belt out a tune. Check out the video..

We wish we could make a bear costume look that good.

For those of you who like a bit of dressing up, Bestival have also announced that their 2012 fancy dress theme is wildlife, so we suggest you make like Flo and get your animal outfits out pronto. What will you be going as? Comments below please..

Bestival takes place between 6-9 September at Robin Hill Country Park in the Isle of Wight and you can find out more info here.
