So there we were this morning complaining about it being a bit of a quiet day in the world of celebrity, then who should go and drop a surprise Billboard cover story complete with mindblowingly attractive photoshoot but ZAYN BLOODY MALIK. Thanks babes.
For his second ever solo magazine interview after last month's Fader shoot, Zayn's opened up about everything from his plans for the future, to life on his own, to his dwindling friendship with 1D (sob hiccup blub).
And speaking of One Direction, he's also admitted that he didn't buy himself a copy of Made In The AM - or listened to it at all, actually.
Talking honestly about moving on from the world of 1D, Zayn told Billboard that he wasn't too fussed on hearing what the boys had been up to without him, and still hasn't even listened to the fifth album.
Asked whether he'd picked up a copy of MITAM since splitting from the band, Zehhhnnn simply said "nah", which is fair enough really.
But going on to say that he'd been a fan of the sound of 'Drag Me Down', Zayn continued a bit more positively: "I'll be honest. I thought the first single was quite cool."
That's about all the compliments he had to offer though unforch, as he then added: "I heard the second single" before "screwing up his face", according to Billboard, and saying: "yeah, I didn't buy the album."
Don't worry pal, we've got about sixteen copies here. We'll send ya one.
Thoughts on Zayn's MITAM confession? Reckon he'd like it if he had a listen? Let us know with a tweet to @Sugarscape.
