Oh, someone sound the One Direction solo siren. Not only is Niall Horan reportedly putting music on the back-burner for a bit and launching his own golf agency with Modest! management, but Harry Styles has been hitting the studio to work on some songs. And guess who's heard 'em? Only bloody 'We Don't Talk Anymore' hitmaker Charlie Puth.
Oh, we're jel of that boy's earholes rn.
Yup - Charlie's been lucky enough to get a sneak preview of Harreh's solo stuff; and he reckons it's 'very Paul McCartney-esque.' As in, like, The Beatles legend Paul McCartney. That one off of Rihanna's 'FourFiveSeconds.' Him.
REVEALING ALL to The Sun, Charlie said: "It was very Paul McCartney-esque. The last time I saw Harry we talked about McCartneyesque chord changes." That's pretty much all he had to say about it, to be honest; but it's kinda the first confirmation we've had that Harry's working on proper solo music.
Obviously this all comes after Modest! confirmed Hazlan's changed management and signed with his pal Jeff Azoff over at CAA, which means shiz is goin' on behind the scenes and he's probably gonna be a proper popstar and stuff.
What d'ya make of that, then? Excited for the Macca vibes? Give us a tweet over @sugarscape or drop a comment in the box below, please and a-thank you very much. Laters, hun.
