When it comes to the Little Mix ladies, we struggle to point out a single flaw. Hair flicks and harmonies on point, perfect performances, vocals for days. We just bloody love 'em, y'know? But now Jade Thirlwall's revealed what the girls themselves hated about the band in their early days; their name.
Yup - Jade reckons it took them a while to get used to the whole Little Mix thing after being forced to get rid of Rhythmix during The X Factor; but admits they wouldn't change it for the world now.
Having a chinwag with VEVO LIFT bloody ages ago (it's only just been uploaded, like), Jade said: "We were originally called Rhythmix, but we had to change our name so we changed to Little Mix. We hated it at first. We were like, 'it's game over. Our career's over. Little Mix is the worst name ever.' But, now we absolutely and wouldn't ever change it."
Well we've always kinda loved it, tbh.
Jade also revealed how she first got into all this popstar malarky, saying: "I firstly loved dancing more than singing. I did a lot of tap and ballet, and all of that. Then I started singing. As I got older - in my teenage years - I thought 'oh, okay, maybe I want to be a singer.'
"Every musical I would be in, every charity event, every old people's home...if there was a place to sing, then I'd go to it and do it."
What d'ya make of that, then? Give us a tweet over @sugarscape or something, yeah? CHEERS HONEY.
