Fancy a bit of a lol at Sony's expense on this rather dull Friday afternoon? Thought so.
Well apparently the music company are $65,000 out of pocket, after they accidentally paid the wrong people for One Direction album track 'C'mon C'mon'.
Coincidentally, 'C'mon C'mon' is in our top 3 1D songs ever ever, and we're furious it wasn't a single, but that's probably a story for another time.
So anyway yes - according to TMZ Sony licensed the track, along with two others, for $65k from a company called Family Affair Productions, who owned the rights to the songs.
However, they allegedly sent the cheque to a company called Family Affair MUSIC - who cashed it. D'oh.
On a side note: who still uses cheques aside from our grandma? There's this thing called online banking guys.
Sony claims it has been asking Family Affair Music for the money back in a new lawsuit, but it's yet to do so.
Now let's watch Harry, Louis and Liam doing the Joe to C'mon C'mon because it makes us smile like loons every time.
