So you know how we're loving Little Mix's Get Weird tour support act JAGMAC rn? Well we just had to pop along to their show at London's O2 Arena (oh no big deal, just playing to a casual 20,000 people) for a chinwag about how things were going. We actually filmed the whole thing but the quality turned out shite, so we're just gonna have to deal with it.
So we sat down with CJ, Manjo, Angelique, Jared, Alyssa and Gabriel backstage in the catering bit (THEY OFFERED US FOOD IT WAS AMAZING) to get to know 'em a bit better.
How are things with the Little Mix ladies, guys? You enjoying the tour?
CJ: They 're super, super nice and extremely talented. Nathan Sykes is one of the acts as well, and he's phenomenal. Out of this world. We're all really close, bonding backstage.
Angelique: It doesn't even feel like work, to be honest. It just feels like fun.
Amazing. Now we've all heard your new single 'So Good,' but what can we expect from the other tracks?
Alyssa: You know what? It's a variation, honestly. It's a rollercoaster of emotions, I like to say. It doesn't bring you down in that sense; we have some slower ballads just to showcase our vocals, though.
CJ: Then we've got some high energy dance pop songs, so you can expect a lot of great music on the album. We had a tonne of fun singing, producing and writing it. We worked with a lot of writers in Los Angeles and here in the UK.
The songs are a lot of fun. They're all positive and make you feel good. We're excited to release it, be sure to check it out; we can't wait.
And you guys are gonna be back in the UK soon, right? DON'T LEAVE US FOREVER.
Alyssa: Yeah, we're gonna be back in the summer for some festivals so we're super excited about that.
OH OH OH and guess what, guys? The band have even covered Little Mix's absolute tune 'Secret Love Song.' Wanna see?
What d'ya make of that, then? Loving JAGMAC? Tweet us over @sugarscape and stuff, please and thank you.
