Is Frank Ocean's new album Boys Don't Cry out on Apple Music this Friday?

It's been 84 years

Right, so it sounds like Frank Ocean's new album Boys Don't Cry might *finally* be released this Friday (August 5th, date fans); FOUR YEARS after his last one Channel Orange. Hoorah.

We've been sitting pretty and patient waiting for our Frank's follow-up for bloody ages, and yesterday he spontaneously chucked some 'live stream' (turns out it wasn't actually live, but yeah) which saw him building a staircase or some shit. It was all very arty, anyway.

The New York Times reports that the album will be released this Friday exclusively through Apple Music (controversial), before being made available on other streaming services a couple of weeks later.

Apparently we're getting an 'major video' and 'printed publication' alongside the album's release, which is pretty exciting. Very ready for it, though a rep from Frank's label Def Jam's yet to comment on the reports. Hmm.

Also how fit does he look in this, please? Loving the whole aesthetic.

Thoughts on that, then? Ready for Boys Don't Cry? Give us a tweet over @sugarscape and don't forget to like us on Facebook while you're at it. CHEERS.
