Zayn Malik's cancelled a upcoming performance at Dubai's Autism Rocks Arena on October 7th since he does not feel 'sufficiently confident' to go ahead with the show due to 'extreme anxiety.'

Zayn pulled out of his Capital FM Summertime Ball slot earlier this year for the same reason, and he's now told fans he doesn't feel comfortable with 'major live solo performance' despite making 'progress' with his anxiety struggles.
