Oh, you know the drill. Little Mix's new album Glory Days is out this Friday November 18th; and ahead of its release the girls are treating us to a few instant grat tracks. Mainly 'cos they know we're impatient af and NEED IT NOW, DAMNIT.
Yesterday we got the tropical-tinged bop that is potential-second-single 'Touch,' but today's track's a totally different vibe. Perrie, Jesy, Jade and Leigh-Anne have already warned us there's one big ballad on this album, but nothing could prepare us for 'Nobody Like You.'
It's basically more heartbreaking than 'These Four Walls,' Love Me or Leave Me,' 'Turn Your Face,' 'Good Enough' and 'Secret Love Song, Pt. II' put together, which we didn't even think was possible.
The anti-'Shout Out to My Ex,' 'Nobody Like You' showcases the girls at their most vulnerable. Chanting about 'better sex' and being 'cool' is all well and good, but there's no denying breakups suck.
Still missing your ex? Feel like the world's literally about to end without 'em? Potentially gonna be sobbing until the end of time? This song sums up all those emotions you're going through in the most haunting 4 minutes and 8 seconds. Got tissues at the ready? You're gonna need 'em, mate.
Cue everyone in the office coming over to check we're okay. The panda eyes are real. Also that vulnerability in Jesy's vocals, though. Jesus.
Little Mix's Glory Days is available on Novemeber 18th and it's great.
