It's been revealed that Janet Devlin managed to bag herself an offer of a record deal just a few hours after she was axed from the X Factor - and that's not the only weird part. She's been asked to sign up to RKA Records - a company invested in by Duncan Bannatyne from Dragon's Den.
Duncan's business partner has said; "With Janet's amazing talent and great image I just had to put my offer out there.
"She is destined for success and I'm sure RKA and Janet can have a great relationship and achieve great things together."
The X Factor contracts prevent the contestants from signing a deal straight away so Janet will have to bide her time before she makes any decisions.
