The Jonas Brothers are apparently being sued by a fan who has reportedly filed a lawsuit against them after allegedly being crushed during a free LA show in May 2010.
Although the concert itself took place at LA venue The Grove nearly three years ago, Jonas Brothers Enterprises is said to be involved in the case involving a woman allegedly crushed by the crowd during the show.
According to a legal document obtained by TMZ, victim Ashleigh Johnson is said to be suing both JoBros and the venue itself after apparently being traumatised by the experience, which she says left her with "severe injury to her body and shock to her nervous system."
Apparently the hip jangling ways of JoBros are for once not to blame for this trauma, and instead the document alleges that there were not enough security measures in place to stop fans including minors ending up hurt.
She also claims to have been pinned against a fence, leaving her with "great mental...and nervous pain."
This video of the crowd was taken by an onlooker at the show in May 2010.
That doesn't sound like a barrel of laughs to us, but what do you think?
