Believe it of not Rachel actually got an outfit very wrong..

Rachel Bilson was at department store Barneys yesterday for the launch of Target's new range of Rogan clothes. Target's a bit like Primark in the States and Rogan is  a luxury clothes brand, so it's no wonder that fashionistas such as Rachel, Nikki Hilton and Mena Suvari came out to play.
