R&B rap master Jay Z became the king of the festival scene this summer after he mesmerized crowds at Glastonbury. Although we hasten to add... it looks like Beyonce’s hubby might have to step us his game because the lord of all wickedness Dr. Evil is trying to steal his crown!

We stumbled upon this hilarious video of Dr. Evil and his trusty sidekick Mini Me rapping away to Jay Z’s version of Hard Knock Life. This laugh out loud vid had us cracking up from start to finish as we watched the Austin Powers stars impressively impersonating Jay Z's busting beats.
