Cast your memory back to 2006's X Factor everything was going well for Avenue the hot boyband...until disaster! They were dropped from the show because they had been previously managed, it was sad, Leona won, we forgot about them. Until now...

Avenue are back!

Meet Max, Andy, Ross, Jonny and Scott! Now with a new management team in place (home of Sugababes, Gabriella Cilmi, and Mutya Buena no less!) Avenue have been recording their debut album with some of the best pop writers the industry has to offer.

Their debut single, Last Goodbye, which is available to download now, is a stomping fusion of pop meets the unexpected.

"Most of our songs are really upbeat but we're not claiming to be on a one-band mission to bring pop back to the charts. There are already loads of great pop acts doing their thing, we're going to be adding to it and bringing something fresh." said Jonny.

"It's about having good tunes with meaning. And if a tune's good, everyone will like it" added Scott.
