Kate Moss adds another string to her bow


Kate Moss's mini empire is growing by the minute. Having just launched her new range at Topshop, she has also released a new fragrance called Velvet Hour. It's exclusive to Selfridges as of today but will be going nationwide as of the 1st of September.



Describes as 'an enigmatic woody floral' Velvet Hour is an exotic mix of blue pepper, freesia, cashmere incense (although we are not quite sure what this is!) followed by heart notes of patchouli and nutmeg, and base notes of sandalwood, amber and ebony wood.

Housed in a dark blue bottle and box, the fragrance is apparently inspired by Kate's love of all things vintage and the moment when dusk settles  - only she could get away with that description!
