Jennifer Hudson is quickly becoming our fave new actress, but will she win another Oscar for her new film?

Jennifer stole the spotlight from Beyonce in Dreamgirls and she almost out-styled Carrie as Louise from St Louis in Sex and the City: The Movie, so unsurprisingly we're loving her new film, The Secret Life Of Bees.

14-year old Lily Owens (Dakota Fanning) is haunted by the memory of her late mother, so she runs away from her father with her only friend Rosaleen Daise (Jennifer Hudson), to the South Carolina town that holds the key to her mother's secret past.  She stays in the care of the highly cultured and independent Boatwright sisters and finds solace in beekeeping. But of course, things don't quite go to plan....

The Secret Life Of Bees is a bit of a celeb-fest, as it is produced by Will Smith and wife Jada Pink-Smith and also features the fabulous Queen Latifah and Alicia Keys.

Jennifer's had a tough time recently, with the tragic loss of her mum, brother and nephew, but we hope she will be strong enough to keep making amazing new films and music.
