The number four spot goes to Kelly Osbourne and boyfriend Luke Worrall... the couple were spotted out and about with mummy Sharon and Luke was seen holding in hands with his mother-in-law to be! The couple got engaged in November!

In at number three are Nicole Richie and Joel Madden. They gave birth to their adorable little girl Harlow back in January and have been the perfect family since!
