When it comes to beauty we believe the natural way is the only way!
We love the idea of making our own beauty products from stuff we can find in the kitchen cupboard! It’s perfect for a girly night in and so cheap too!
We’ve found three great recipes for you, they sound scrumptious – it will be hard not to eat them as you go along!

For healthy, shiny hair look no further than our Tooty Fruity Hair Mask:
You will need: 1 avocado (peeled and mashed) and a half a tin of coconut milk
Directions: Combine mashed avocado with some coconut milk. Mix together until it's smooth and about as thick as shampoo. Comb it through the hair and let sit for 10 -15 minutes, wash out.
We love it because: Avocado has one of the most penetrating oils in it, it is a very moisturising and especially beneficial for hydrating dry and damaged hair. Coconut milk also includes special fats which are attracted to hair proteins, the oils actually penetrate the hair shaft making hair feel and look luxurious!

If your face needs a radiant lift you should try our Good Enough to Eat Face Mask:
You will need: 1/2 banana, 2 tablespoons natural yoghurt, 1 tablespoon honey (double the mixture and enjoy eating it while it’s on your face!)
Directions: Mash the banana with a fork then mix in honey and yogurt. Apply to your face evenly. Leave it on for 15-20 minutes. Rinse off with cool water or soft wash cloth.
We love it because: We can eat it too! Bananas are great for dry, tired skin because they are rich in potassium and vitamin A, honey is antibacterial; it can help reduce acne-prone skin and heal wounds and skin burns, and yoghurt has cleansing properties for your skin.

For skin as smooth as silk, try our Smoothing Salt Scrub:
You will need: A large handful of sea salt (large flakes of salt works best) and 250ml of olive oil.
Directions: Mix the sea salt with the olive oil and take it into the shower with you. Massage the mixture all over your body and allow to soak into your skin for 5-10 minutes then rinse away.
We love it because: Using a body scrub in the shower is a fast way to get smooth skin. The salt flakes exfoliate the skin removing dull, dead skin cells to reveal a younger skin layer as well as thoroughly cleansing your pores allowing your skin to breathe easier. Olive oil is an amazing moisturiser, the skin absorbs it really easily leaving you with baby soft skin.
