This is Heidi a few years ago before she had any cosmetic sugery, looking naturally pretty.

 

And this is the reality star now after undergoing a breast enhancment, a nose job and lip plumping.

Sure she looks ultra glam now, but did she need surgery to achieve this?

Rumour has it that the boob job was "revenge surgery" to get back at Spencer after a break up, and to all the people that were cruel to her when she was younger. Is that a good reason to go under the knife?
