Katherine wore hers with her long locks down, diamante drop earrings, black court shoes and a black clutch. It was a clevage extravaganza!

Drew Barrymore wore hers more recently to the Everybody's Fine film premiere...

Drew went for a more demure look with her boobs covered! She wore it with massive platform heels, her hair slick back, a pretty brooch and chunky bracelet.
